If you have a Car you wish to Part Exchange or Sell, they will discuss this with you.
If you wish to Finance part of the Purchase this will be discussed in the strictest confidence.

Our admin staff will help you with the required Paperwork.
This will include a simple Order Forms and our Terms and Conditions.
You will need to have “Online Banking”. This is your only requirement...and is unavoidable.
The paperwork we require will all be completed online, and at your convenience.
If you are in a Hurry to purchase (and many are) this can be fast tracked.
Yes, we can even give you examples of suitable cars within 24 hours, see (6) below.
When the paperwork is complete and we will require a Deposit, that is £99.
This £99 is also our Retainer, and is non-refundable once we have started our searches.
It is of course part of our Fee when a car is purchased.
The Buyer will complete his research and return to you with his results, recommendations and a choice of hand picked vehicles from established Retailers or our Wholesale Suppliers.

If a vehicle is to your liking the Buyer will take care of all the necessary negotiations.
They will help save you money, and you avoid all the high pressure selling nonsense.
Inspecting a Vehicle:
When those negotiations with the Retailer have been completed to everyone’s satisfaction, we will organise the Inspection of the vehicle.
After 41 years buying used cars, we would never buy a car based on the description of the seller, any seller, and that means any Retailer.
There are sub-standard cars out there in sufficient numbers to be concerned.
Cars that have been damaged and repaired and they must be avoided.
If the vehicle fails our Inspection we will move on to the next agreed vehicle and repeat the process.

When a purchase is recommended, and a Deposit paid to the Retailer to secure the vehicle, we will agree a day with you to complete the purchase.
Your old vehicle will be picked up and our Driver will wait with the Retailer while
you do a fast bank transfer to the retailer for the funds necessary to complete the purchase.
Our Driver will help complete the paperwork on your behalf, and all vehicles come with the necessary mechanical warranties and legal protections as standard.
The driver will then return to you with your new car and any accompanying paperwork.
It should all be done on the same day, barring the unexpected.
Throughout all of this, LCB will be in control and taking care of the fine detail.
You only need to be on the end of a phone and have online banking.
Additional Expenses:
You know that we do charge for the collection and delivery of vehicles.
This is unavoidable, unless you wish to do these yourself.
These costs will be kept to the absolute minimum and will be agreed with you in advance and on a case by case basis.
They will also be fully itemised on the final Vat Invoice that all customers receive.
Job done and you only needed to leave the house once.
It is unavoidable as we do need some photos of the vehicle you wish to dispose off or sell.
Yes it is a pain but we do we need to establish a suitable price for your old car.
